We are a 160-bed skilled nursing facility, conveniently located across the street from THe Hospital of Cenrtal Connecticut in New Britain. We realize that choosing the best health care facility for a loved one is of the utmost importance to a family’s peace of mind.

Once you have selected Grenadview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we will do everything possible to assist you in the admission process:

• We admit 7 days a week  and have a dedicated Admission’s Hotline

• We assure that information is received for appropriate placement and continuity of care

• We coordinate with hospital case managers and discharge planners to ensure smooth transition to our facility

• We assist in completing admission paperwork and making the transition to Grandview Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center comfortably
